זה אך טבעי שפעילות תעסוקה ויזמות יתחברו יחד עם פעילות חדשנות, סטארטאפ וקידום העמק והאזור
מעברים מעיינות כנרת הינו מרכז תעסוקה ויזמות אזורי לתושבי המועצות עמק המעיינות ועמק הירדן.

המרכז מהווה שותפות בין משרד הרווחה, מועצה אזורית עמק המעיינות, מועצה אזורית עמק הירדן, Innovalley – מרכז חדשנות עמק המעיינות ומרכז החדשנות כנרת.

מטרת המרכז לקדם ולחזק את הכלכלה המקומית.
הקמת המרכז בינואר 2020. המרכז הוא המרכז השביעי של תוכנית מעברים לקידום תעסוקה ויזמות בפרפריה הכפרית.
המרכז מציע שירותים למחפשי עבודה, למעסיקים, ליזמים ובעלי עסקים קטנים וכן לקהילות במרחב.

מרחב- עמק הירדן ועמק המעיינות
הנגשה וחשיפה של אפשרויות תעסוקה לתושבי עמק הירדן ועמק המעיינות, מעורבות בפיתוח פרויקטים תעסוקתיים, יצירת שיתופי פעולה בין יישובים, מפעלים ומועצות, שיתוף פעולה ועבודה מסונכרנת עם מרכזי החדשנות במועצות לפיתוח התעסוקה החדשה בעמקים, חיבור לגורמים ציבוריים ועסקיים ברמה הארצית, במטרה לפתח כלים להתמודדות עם פיתוח ההון האנושי באזור ויצירת מקורות תעסוקה.

קידום והנגשת הזדמנויות תעסוקתיות למחפשי עבודה – סיוע והדרכה בחיפוש עבודה, הכוונה וייעוץ תעסוקתי, קורסים וסדנאות, פרסום משרות וליווי מחפשי עבודה תוך מעקב אחר תוצאות החיפוש. לוח דרושים למשרות בעמק המעיינות, עמק הירדן וסביבתם.

מעסיקים
קידום מענים למעסיקים במרחב בנושאי גיוס עובדים, הכשרה, שימור ומשאבי אנוש. הנגשת לוח דרושים אזורי: עמק המעיינות, עמק הירדן והסביבה. סיוע בגיוס משרות בכירות.

קהילה
שותפות בפיתוח תפיסה וקידום החוסן הכלכלי-חברתי של הקהילה בישובים במרחב. עבודה מול ההנהגות הכלכליות במועצות וביישובים לטיפול בסוגיות תעסוקתיות שונות. עבודה קהילתית- תעסוקתית ממוקדת קהילות גאוגרפיות או קהילות תחומיות. עבודה מול מחלקות הרווחה במועצות בהתאם לצרכים תעסוקתיים.

יזמות ועסקים קטנים
פיתוח היזמות המקומית ויצירת מרחב צמחיה ליזמים, עצמאים ובעלי עסקים קטנים. הנגשת מידע והסרת חסמים, ייעול וליווי לעסקים, יצירת קהילות יזמים ועידוד שיתופי פעולה בין העסקים באזור. הגדלת החשיפה של עסקים מקומיים ועידוד רכש מקומי.

SDA is currently one of the largest agricultural companies in the Middle East, specializing in the development, production and marketing of herbs and dried spices. With over 20 years of experience, the factory is owned by Kibbutz Sde Eliyahu. The collaborations in the valley are starting to propel actions and budgets for innovation and development.
Working together with the leading team of SDA since the beginning of 2019, InnoValley has submitted two plans: One deals with the development of a new product, and the other with the development of a new work process.
At the end of the process, SDA was approved research budgets in the amount of 2.4 million NIS from the Israel Innovation Authority (formerly Chief Scientist) for the benefit of both programs.

Shluchut Carrots is a factory for producing and exporting carrots and is the largest exporter of carrots in Israel. The plant’s management has set itself the goal of breaking into new markets in Israel and around the world. To achieve this they realized they had to develop a new product.

The management contacted InnoValley and received support and advice in applying for aid grants from the state, and most importantly, developed a connection to practical innovation.

After a 600,000 NIS grant was approved and received, a new, unique (and surprising!) product will soon be launched.

Rafi Alon – CEO of She’an Oil says:

It was clear to us that we must streamline processes and outputs and increase plant productivity. We turned to InnoValley and to Practical Innovation company in order to map, learn and think together about our benefits, our production systems, capabilities and outputs. Through a regulated thinking process of company employees, Practical Innovation and professional consultants, we have found a new product (still a secret). The intention is to produce the product with the existing means of production and with the existing staff so that the plant will be able to work all year round with maximum utilization of the means at our disposal, and thus, significantly increase the company’s revenue.

The development process has already begun and we will soon be able to launch a new and unique product.

InnoValley accompanied us from the beginning of the process, starting from the connection to Practical Innovation company, characterization and guidance in applying for aid grants from the state to carry out the project. InnoValley has raised 700,000 NIS from the state so far for Shean oil’s development.
