This unsustainable practice endangers the very operation and survival of the mills while perpetuating environmental pollution.

This is where PhenOlives steps in! Our mission is to maximize profitability and optimize production and waste management systems while ensuring environmental protection, sustainability, and green production.

PhenOlives develops new methods for managing mill waste according to the principles of a circular economy. We assist mills, which currently utilize only 15% of their input, in transforming their production processes to achieve maximum olive utilization. These processes involve redesigning all production stages, from the water used to the olive pomace collection pits, identifying new and valuable purposes for every element and process within the production system and the facility as a whole.

Our odyssey begins with olive flour. After years of relentless research and countless experiments, we have unlocked the secret to transforming the “flesh” of olives (pomace) left behind in the oil extraction process into a unique and extraordinary olive flour. This flour, packed with all the remarkable benefits of the olive, is gluten-free, low in calories, rich in dietary fiber, and can seamlessly replace any flour in baking and cooking.
