Financial assistance grant for the development of a unique project – flour from olive waste

One of the exciting things in our line of work is creating and accompanying original and creative R&D initiatives.

This is the second year in a row that the Israel Innovation Authority has chosen to provide an aid grant to finance the development of a unique world-class project – olive waste flour. To our great joy, a budget of 1.4 million NIS has been approved for further development.

The Israel Innovation Authority believes in this project, that in our opinion has the potential to directly affect the olive industry, and moreover, will affect the farmers in Spring Valley.
